Return Policy

 

Adventure Paddles – Return & Exchange Policy

At Adventure Paddles, we want you to love your gear and have confidence in every purchase. Because many of our items are used in outdoor environments and may be time-sensitive for events, we’ve created a return policy that is fair, simple, and protects both our customers and our small business.

1. Returns & Exchanges – Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Stickers, etc.)

  • Eligible returns: Unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition and original packaging.
     
  • Return window: 14 days from the delivery date.
     
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
     
  • Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days as long as inventory is available.
     
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

POP Boards – Special Orders, Warranties & Returns

Adventure Paddles is an authorized POP Board Co. partner.
All POP paddleboards, inflatables, accessories, and gear sold through Adventure Paddles are covered under POP Board Co.’s official warranty and return policies, not Adventure Paddles’ internal return policy.

By purchasing a POP item through Adventure Paddles, you agree to the following:

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be filed directly with POP Board Co.

POP handles all product inspections, approvals, replacements, repairs, and decisions regarding warranty coverage.

Adventure Paddles cannot approve, deny, or process warranty claims.

Returns & Exchanges for POP Products

POP Board Co. manages all returns and exchanges for their products, including:

  • Inflatable paddleboards
     
  • Hard boards
     
  • POP coolers, pumps, fins, paddles
     
  • Any POP accessories
     

Adventure Paddles does not accept returns for these items.

All POP-related returns must follow their official policy:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless POP determines otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect POP Shipments

If your POP order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  1. Photograph the package and item(s) immediately
     
  2. Email POP Board Co. within 48 hours of delivery
     
  3. Include your order number and all photos
     

POP will determine the appropriate remedy (replacement, refund, or warranty review).

Adventure Paddles cannot issue refunds or replacements for POP merchandise.

Demo POP Gear

All demo POP gear sold by Adventure Paddles is final sale and not covered under POP’s warranty.

3. Event Tickets & Experiences

Because our events require advance staffing, equipment, permits, and safety prep:

  • All event tickets are non-refundable.
     
  • Credit may be issued if:
     
    • Weather causes us to cancel or reschedule,
       
    • You contact us 24 hours before start time to move to another event,
       
    • You experience a verified emergency.
       

We do not offer refunds for:

  • No-shows
     
  • Late arrivals
     
  • Weather conditions that do not trigger a cancelation (light rain, heat, clouds, etc.)
     

4. Special Orders (Boards, POP gear, custom shirts, flags, etc.)

  • All special orders are final sale.
     
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
     
  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
     

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
     
  • Include your order number and photos.
     
  • We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the item type.
     

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us.
     
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

7. How to Start a Return

Email contact@adventurepaddles.org with:

  • Name
     
  • Order number
     
  • Item(s) you wish to return
     
  • Photos (if applicable)
     
  • Reason for return
     

A team member will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
